HELPFUL LINKS
When we find anything that can be helpful to adopters or other rat owners, we will link it here. I do not necessarily endorse or condone all items found on every page linked, as I really can't scour every website to see if all information is correct and useful. Please be sure to do your own research on anything that is a new idea or concept for you to ensure your own "best practices" with your rats.
Some of these links may be on Facebook and you will need an account to be a member of the group. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to send them through our Contact Us form.

Rat Behavior:
I have a few resources on my website under RESOURCES --> EDUCATION
A very helpful article for new rat owners is The Rat Dynamic, which discusses the two basic personality types that you will see in rats and how to best bond with each one. Many problems with rats stem from treating all rats the same.
The Rat Guru on Youtube has a lot of great information and tips. Squeakin' Pups does not necessarily endorse or agree with all views and opinions found on The Rat Guru, but I do acknowledge the YouTube channel as a great resource and valuable tool for helping rat owners.
